This application is based on very basic needs of the Torbay Catchment Group to undertake essential organisational duties thus enhancing operational capability.
They are:
1. Cataloguing information accumulated from 16 years of operating;
2. G.I.S. mapping of 16 years of on-ground works;
3. Update MYOB to current version through purchasing maintenance support;
4. Creating a new strategic plan for long term viability of the group;
5. Creating a new website;
6. Updating an outdated policy and procedures manual;
7. Purchase a laptop and business software to replace outdated technology.
Activities to date include:
- Cataloguing of information
- Commencement of mapping
- Updated MYOB software
- Creation of new website
