Over the last couple of weeks TCG has been making the most of soil moisture brought by the rain storm on 22 April and the rain that followed over the next few days.
TCG is currently running two soil health trials. One is trialling TM Agricultural, marketed as a soil activator. The trial will be testing whether this product boosts production, and whether the mechanism for this is through reducing the numbers of detrimental soil microbes.
The second trial is testing LLM, (Liquid Local Microbes). This is produced at each trial site from material collect at that location. Soil carbon, soil moisture and microbial activity will be tested.
