This is the follow up event from ‘Collecting Native Seed with Keith Smith from Formosa Flora’.
Join Aileen Reid (and Keith Smith from Formosa Flora) for an informative and hands-on workshop covering native plant propagation and home nursery setup. This session brings together two essential skills for community revegetation – learning how to germinate native see and grow native plant species from cuttings, and how to set up a simple home-based nursery.
Local propagation expert Aileen Reid, along with local revegetation specialist Keith Smith from Formosa Flora, will guide participants through techniques for identifying viable seed, making cuttings, and understanding seasonal growth patterns. Some of these species need more attention and care than we realise.
