Join the Torbay Catchment Group and Holly Butterworth for a fun, hands-on morning discovering the wonderful world of frogs!

Learn about our local frogs, the habitats they call home and what we can do in our own backyards to help them thrive. Holly will share tips on identifying different frogs, recognising their calls and creating frog-friendly spaces.

Discover how you can become a citizen scientist using the FrogID app! Learn how to listen for and record frog calls, identify the frogs you hear and contribute your observations to valuable frog research and conservation across Australia.

Then it’s time to get creative and build your very own frog hotel to take home – providing a potential hideaway for frogs and the perfect opportunity to put your new frog-spotting skills into action in your own backyard.

This is a kid-friendly, family event and a great hands-on activity for budding nature lovers and citizen scientists of all ages.
